TERMS:  Each test is available as a single printed copy shipped via USPS or as an Adobe PDF file delivered via e-mail.  Purchaser is responsible for ensuring that they have the proper software to open Adobe PDF files before purchasing any practice tests for e-mail delivery.  No liability is assumed and no refunds will be given for e-mail files that the purchaser cannot open.  If you are unsure regarding your software you have the option to receive a printed copy via postal mail by selecting it in the drop down box.  Files will only be sent once and to one email address.  The practice tests for sale are designed to be used as a personal home based supplement in your exam preparation, not as a substitute for studying.  No guarantee is expresses or implied; all sales are final and no refunds or partial credits will be granted.  However, we will do our best to assist you with any issues you might have.
